Tracy Morgan is getting with the program. The court-ordered alcohol monitoring program the actor must undergo for violating his probation on a DUI charge, that is. Thanks to his arrest for drunken driving last November in New York, Morgan will be forced to wear a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring ankle bracelet for 90 days, Los Angeles City Attorney's Office spokesman Frank Mateljan confirmed to E! Online. In February, Morgan was fined $1,000 and had his license suspended for six months after pleading guilty in NYC to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge–but the "30 Rock" star also ended up in hot water in L.A. because he was already serving probation for a similar bust in December 2005. Hence the new accessory.
