"As I stated several times before, I did not find a fingernail nor did I take any fingernail-like material from the scene," Lee wrote in the letter sent on his behalf by Joe Sudol, one of his aides at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, where Lee is director of an eponymous forensics institute.

Plans for Lindsay Lohan's upcoming 21st-birthday bash are supposedly still in full swing, even if the Sin City shindig turns out to be a watered-down affair. Attorney Michael Heller, a friend of the Lohan family, told VH1's Best Week Ever that the almost-legal Lohan is still contractually obligated to throw down July 2 at Caesars Palace's Pure nightclub and that the currently detoxing actress will put in an appearance. Assuming she puts in an entire 30 days at Promises in Malibu, where, as father Michael Lohan told E! Online, she's being treated for addictions to alcohol and the painkiller OxyContin, the "Georgia Rule" star will have more than one milestone to celebrate this summer. But while she'll theoretically be able to bask in the glow that comes from being healthy and on the right path, will her newfound sobriety put a damper on the joy of turning 21 (even if she's already spent the last few years clubbing)?

She can surrender at a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department facility. Or maybe even at a courtroom. But she must surrender. There was a report that the 26-year-old hotel heiress might turn herself in sooner rather than later. There was a report that her cellmate had already been selected. There were so many reports that sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore sounded weary Thursday of responding to them. But he did. One more time. According to Whitmore, the surrender deadline is what it is–June 5; the cellmate situation is undecided.

Rosie O'Donnell may not be talking to Elisabeth Hasselbeck anymore, but that doesn't mean she won't be writing about her. The former "View" cohostess has indicated that her upcoming memoir, "Celebrity Detox," will provide an insider's perspective on her experiences on the show, as well as on the circumstances that led her to abandon her eponymous talk show in 2002. "celeb detox/is about leaving my show 4 yrs ago/and doing the view this year/its all in there," O'Donnell wrote on her Website this week.

Hogwarts has its charms, but Harry Potter is ready to celebrate his retirement in a more Muggle-friendly destination. Florida. With the final chapter in the teen wizard saga fast approaching, J.K. Rowling announced Thursday that she has signed a deal with Universal Orlando Resort to build a massive Potter-based theme park. The author gave her blessing to the project, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, a joint venture between Warner Bros. Entertainment, the studio behind the hit Potter flicks, and Universal Orlando, NBC Universal's theme park division. Wizarding World is slated to break ground this summer and open its doors in late 2009.

Pax Thien Jolie has just been Pitted. The three-year-old newest addition to the Brangelina brood had his father's famous surname appended Thursday in Santa Monica Superior Court, joining siblings Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 1, in the Jolie-Pitt pack. The court approval was a mere formality and the family was not required to be present for the sign-off, according to a court clerk. In keeping with Vietnamese custom, which prevents unmarried couples from adopting, Jolie had been listed as the sole parent when she took custody of the boy in March. Once she returned to the States, however, she got to work on the appellation update.
